So yesterday, my brother [He's dating my best friend], was texting her and he told me one of her biggest secrets. Then she asked what we were talking about and he told her. Then she got all mad at me saying that I never keep secrets or anything and that she hasn't considered us friends for a long time. But me and her have been best friends since fourth grade, and we are both Juniors in high school now. And her statment about me never keeping secrets is wrong, because I never tell anyone's secrets, so I don't even know where she got that idea. And her saying she hasn't considered us as friends for a long time doesn't make since because the day before all that happened, we were talking and laughing together like always. So why is she so mad at me because of my brother telling me one of her secrets?? Any ideas? Thanks. ~Britt xx
I would sit down and talk to her about it, it seems like all this does not make sience what does keeping secrets have anathing to do whit your brother telling you the secret?
And plus aren't you guys like best friends and like soppost to know everything about eachother?
But talk to her and let her know you feelings and all. I think that she is just freken out about it because her boyfriend, your brother, is sharing things whit you and all, just let her have her moment and then talk to her I'm sure everything will be ok.

I think that you should talk to her try to explain to her that it was your brother and you guys made a mistake . tell her that you know it wont make a difference since she dosentt waana be your friend but if she wanted you would always be there as a friend if she ever needed you . whatever you do do-not get her a gift . gifts will just make it worse she will think that you can bribe her into your friendship . and that there-fore is the wrong idea you were trying to get across .
Maybe she said that she hadn't considered you friends for some time because she wanted to hurt you because she thinks you've told one of her secrets. Just try to sit her down and explain to her that you never told that secret and it's hurt your feelings that she thinks you have.
if she was a true friend she would accept it and move on and would she tell your bro about this aren't you bffs so it doesn't make sense why she would cause a big drama about you knowing a secret about her isn't that what friends suppose to do ...

If she is stubborn and doesn't want to listern to what you've got to say, you could always write it down for her to read in her own time.
shes not mad at you. shes mad at your brother and shes venting it at you.
if this secret was embarrassing shes probably embarrassed.
