If you skip breakfast, you'll have no energy and likely binge later, which will result in weight gain. Have a 300-400 calorie breakfast EVERY morning.

Breakfast gives you fuel to last you till you eat lunch- you're less likely to need to eat so much at lunch and dinner if you start off the day with a healthy breakfast. Also, breakfast wakes you up and makes you more attentive during the morning hours, it helps you to function better mentally and physically when you've got plenty of energy to last you till your next meal.

your blood sugar level would have dropped overnight so you need something to replenish your system and it is best that you have something that your body can work on digesting throughout the daytime as the digestive system slows down at night and especially while you are sleeping.
