Why is he acting so weird?

Okay so I really like this guy but theres a story behind it. I have been friends with this guy for 2 years. and hes a year older. At first we were inseperable. then he went to highschool and we started to grow apart. and I went to highschool and we got really close again. and now he wont even talk to me! im not sure what his deal is! he found out I liked him and at forst he was all over and told me how much he likedme and now he wont talk to me.

for example. he will sit there and look at me with google eyes then when I look at him he turns away.

and he tells me he has a girlfriend and is all over this girl when im around but when im not shes dead to him.

and he tells me thru text how much he likes me and stuff but in person he ignores me.

is he trying to make me jealous? does he not like me anymore? whats up with him?!
