Why don't I want to trust anyone?

is it because im afraid im going to get hurt again? I've been hurt too many times to count and I think that is why im afraid to fall in love,trust anyone or care about anyone very much even though I really want to. what do you think?

your heart can help you better than anythingn else. you get a gut feeling about certains people and situations but I believe that you will find someone you trust and that will return the same feelings. just don't give up... there's this song called *I hope you dance*...try listening to it
