Well, Nicole, maybe he's just trying to get some attention from you because maybe he likes you and doesn't know how to express it any other way. You could say something like, "That's an interesting concept, I'll give it some thought" and walk away. Or, "You're probably right about that", and walk away. The whole idea is to not react with any emotion that would let him think you care what he thinks. If he was being mean he won't have any fun and he'll stop. If he was seeking your attention, then he'll keep trying. Maybe in a nicer way.
