Why does he keep messing with my feelings?

THERE IS THIS GUY AND ME AND HIM ARE REALLY CLOSE, I ACTUALLY THINK OF HIM AS A BROTHER. AND IN A WAY THE WAY HE TOUCHES ME MAKES ME NOT SO MUCH THINK OF HIM AS A FRIEND. AND THEN I TURN AROUND TO SEE HIM MESSING WITH SOMEONE ELSE. WHY DOES HE KEEP MESSING WITH MY FEELINGS.

He may not feel the same way as you. If you see him as a brother then chances are that he will see you as a sister...and if he feels that you two have a brother/sister relationship then he won't think of it as a 'more of a friend' relationship so that's why he will mess with someone else.
Sometimes guys just don't see the connections; they can be down right oblivious to it all. Make sure he knows how you feel because at the moment he is entitled to do whatever he wants with other girls. You two aren't going out, and it seems that you havn't made clear that your feelings for him are what they are..

you got to get used to it or it will drive you nuts.

Everyone has different personalities. You cant think that every boys actions mean something. I'm always giving my guy friends hugs, it doesnt mean I want to date them. We're friends. I give my girlfriends hugs when I havent seen them in awhile too. Chances are, hes like that with other girls too. You have to try and not take everything a boy does to you so seriously. Just be glad he sees you as a good enough friend to do that to.
