* Throat weakness causing the throat to close during sleep
* Mispositioned jaw, often caused by tension in muscles
* Fat gathering in and around the throat
* Obstruction in the nasal passageway

I'm curious to know when you last heard an elephant dying??? lol

I bought my dad a special watch like unit for about $18.00

You wear it in bed and what it does is picks up the sound of a person snoring and through the back of the unit, it give the wearer a small, tingling sort of shock. Not enough to wake the wearer but enough to make him or her shift position.

My mum says it works perfectly and he has almost stopped snoring.

He also no longer gets the sore throat that he use to get from snoring.

Look up - "Electric Shock-Based Snore Stopper" - on google and look at the 4th linkdown. That the sort of thing I'm talking about.

May be worth your mum spending out on an early christmas present for him so she can get some sleep!!!
