Why do people on here like to type in all caps?

Is that not kind of rude, kind of like yelling?

Its more annoying then rude.
Its just as bad as typ1ng L1k3 th1s.

sometimes 4 EMPHASIS or to make something STAND OUT, like a MAIN IDEA.even, like if yur in trouble or need a QUICK REPLY

I don't mean when it is just one or two words. Im talking about people who type a whole post or answer in caps.

Mostly for EMPHASISING something importaint like 'DO NOT eat the raw fish' if someone skipped the DO NOT part than they will eat the raw fish. Or people do it just to be annoying.

no I dont think of it that way anyway I type in caps when I want to highlight a bit of what im sayin. if that makes sence wich it probably doesnt.X

no, I understand, like when people answer your questions in all caps. it annoys me so much! but its because they're obnoxious and want everyone to read what they wrote.
