you have every right to have your oppinion that this kind of thing should occur after marrage and don't let anybody tell you you are wrong. if thats what you believe that is good and people must respect you for it.

At the same time, not everybody is the same. All people have different oppions about everything and you have to accept that other people think differently.

Just rememer - Do what you think is right, other people will do what they think is right.
Dont let people tell you you are wrong and try to accept that other people are different too

Some people grow up faster than others, maybe they have an older sibling they are trying to immitate or something, but most definately they are trying to act older by becoming sexual so young. When I was about 14, before my best friend got a boyfriend, it wasn't really an issue, but once she did, I felt I needed one too, so I got one. Then they started fooling around, so did me and my boyfriend cause I thought it was cool. Basically I was trying to keep up with my "fast" friend, who, in a way was influencing me.

I dont think there is a problem with it. I do think that a lot of people my age think they're in love though. If you're 16 or younger you more than likely ARE NOT in love. I cannot speak for the people older but I do know that boys (since I am one) don't really love the girls because they don't really understand what love is. I think that it is okay to kiss and have girlfriends and stuff but you shouldn't take it too seriously cause more than likely your heart WILL GET BROKEN!!!

well im NOT allowed to have a boyfrend. Im supposed to save my "kiss" for my future husband beacuse it wouldnt be true love if I already kissed a boy in my teen years. ITS like spreading love to two different husbands...

Having a boyfriend as a kid used to be so much fun. Now kids everywhere are taking themselves a wee bit seriously that I no longer think of their relationships as "cute."

>>>people in my school get made fun of if they have never had a boyfriend or girlfriend.

Hurray for peer pressure.

Teenagers seriously need to get backbones, and stop letting peer pressure influence them.

In some cultures, it isn't considered acceptable to kiss until their wedding day. In western cultures this isn't a value which is commonly held, if at all. So, judymoody100, if it is a part of your culture not to kiss anyone but your husband, and its something you agree with, then by all means stick with it. However, respect the fact that others don't feel the same way and don't share the same belief.

People get into relationships at an early age because they want to be adults and the dont understand that they still need time.
