Because they breach the Terms of Use that you agreed to abide by when you signed up as a member of FunAdvice.

Not weird. When you join this site you agree to abide by the terms of use.

If you break them your questions may be blocked, deleted, you may receive a warning and persistant culprits will be removed from the site and blocked from rejoining.
