Why do my hands sweat so bad??

Ok I have this problem sience I know for my self and I hate it! My hands and feet sweat 24h a day, and I don know why. I play the piano, and I used to think that my hands sweat only because of selfconsciousness before concert. But now I know its not...

that. They sweat even right now while im typeing on my keyboard. happy
I really hate this thing and I want to go away as soonest it can.
I love playing piano, and really want this thing to dissapear.
So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help. Ill be really thankfull!
And dont say me to make a surgery cause I hate surgerys and plus, if I make surgery and something go wrong then, goodbye piano forever sad (( So NO to surgery
There must be some other way!

MY ANSWER...SEE A DOCTOR. I HEARD THIS PRGRAM ON ABC WHERE THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT EXTREME SWEATING. THEY DID MENTION A SURGERY OF SOME KIND TO STOP THE SWEATING FROM YOUR ARMPITS AND AN INJECTION OF SOME SORT TOO. I CAN'T REALLY RECALL ALL OF IT THOUGH. BUT SEE A DOCTOR, THAT'S THE BEST WAY YOU CAN GET HELP FOR IT. AND DON'T BE SHY ABOUT IT WITH THEM AFTER ALL THEY ARE THERE TO HELP.

If you're concerned about sweaty hands try a hand lotion designed to prevent sweaty hands, I've tried Ghostgrip and it works well. Works for a few hours at a time. It's not a permanent solution but one you can use in an as needed basis. There are other lotions or liquid applications out there, I've also tried Prince Grip, from the people that make tennis stuff. It works too, but leaves a white residue behind, kinda like pool chalk.
