It's bad enough with my severe cramps and headaches but now I'm starting to get diarrhea too on the first and second days of my period. This makes my pain even worse and causes me discomfort, so I'm wondering in the first place if this is normal and also if there is any way to prevent it.

I used to get that a lot too. Stay away from coffee, tea, chocolate and wine for the first few days, or anything else that can cause loose stools. Also try Advil for your cramps, I used to use Tylenol but Advil actually works!
Well the diarrhea doesnt exactly hurt when I'm you know.. doing my buisiness but constantly having to go poop can be hard on my stomach and make my cramps worse.
probably not, maybe you should try and stay away from things like bannanas and bread and eat like crackers and apples, harder stuff, ya know- speedy
I to find that every time I am due on the first day am up and down the loo why is this???
I feel the opposite.I get diarrhea too but it doesnt make it hurt.I cant help sorry
