Why do I get so nervous?

I GET REALLY NERVOUS AND I FEEL LIKE IM GOING TO DIE WHENEVER I GO TO SCHOOL OR ANYWHERE LIKE THAT.

IS THAT WEIRD OR NORMAL? ♥♥♥

It can be pretty normal. Lots of times I get nervous when I go somewhere that I really don't want to go. The question is, how do you feel after you get there? Are you okay then? Is the nervousness just before you get there? Let me know.

hey

im like thn...when im sat in my lessons I go bright red for no reason && it reali makes me need the toilet...& when I go to town...I cant stand been in a crowd

all I can say is just block every one else owt & try not to think about wht there thinkings
