it could be that you have too much iron in your blood, or it may be stress induced, as it is in my instance. A blood test would be advisable if it continues at this frequency. if you think it may be stress, then take it easy and try to stop panicking. if you take vitamin supplements then stop taking them and change for ones with no iron-this stopped mine-but then everyone is not the same.
I had this from the age of about 7 - 18. Then it just stopped! Apparantly a virus had weakened the blood vessels in my nose, and even when I was better, stress such as excitement or anger would set the bleeding off again. It's definately worth seeing a doctor about it - you need to be reassured that it's not a symptom of anything more worrying.

Why do I get a nosebleed twice a day?
everyday for about 3 weeks I have been having 2 unexplaind nose bleeds everyday ..why?
