maybe the times you eat are too far apart. When I wait all day to eat I will get sick.try eating small meals throughout the day or snack between meals.

When did this start to happen ? Do you have any other problems? such as back pains , tender breats , dizzy . You may be pregnant if so. Go to the doctor if this keeps happing.
