ok heres the thing, wenever im alone I feel like im bein watched like someone is behind me watching me as if 4 fun, my mam says its a twin thing becoz she had a miscarriage wit my twin brother/sister (it was unknown but thought to be a boy) so can anyone...

tell me why do I feel dis way?

I get that, I get really paranoid about it at night espceially, think someones hiding behind my sofa for some reason. its a bummer

I feel the same way a lot. I hate it. its normal for people to feel that way when they are alone. I always feel like someone is watching through the window or something.
