Why do i feel like this

All I want to do any more is be by myself and take long walks by myself listen to my sad love music and stuff and my mom is always saying why are you always depressed I just walk out and stuff I mean I have no reason to be upset every thing is okay its...

just I want to be alone most the time I have friends ,boyfriends and everything is good but I don't know why I feel this way dont know why im feelin this way

Your mom is probably right when she says your depressed. Being depressed does not always mean that something is wrong or going teribly bad in your life. A lot of time people have chemical imbalances in there body and can be depressed for no emotional reason at all. But if you are feeling that way you should see a doctor about it. From my personal experience it is better to talk to someone and figure out why you are feeling this way before it gets too bad. Believe me you don't want to get very depressed... its not pretty. So maybe look into that and remeber your not alone in what you are feeling. Hopefully that helped, best of luck.

ah well im a guy and I pretty much do everything you say. sad love music parents tell me to go out and meet people alll the time and I just hate it when they say that. you just gotta come from your shell. it wont be easy but hey youll be ready to get out there and have a good time. find something fun you like 2 do first and go from there its how I started to feel better good luck.
