Well it sound slike maybe you are suffering from symptoms of manic depression I suffer from it and have since I was young I too feel at times I am worthless and that nothing is going right no matter what I do I tend to sit by myself away from others and is very quiet seek help befoer it causes problems in the future including relationship problems believe its hard dealing with depression when you are with someone who doesn't know what to do or how to help you
Your probably feeling sad about something and Don't realize it. Think back on what you can be upset about, figure it out, & solve it! You deserve to feel happy, everyone does. Try to do more things that make YOU happy. Not sit around waiting for the world to end. Maybe your just stressed, but that can be replaced easily with the following items: A tub filled with hot water and LOTS of bubbles, LOTS of chocolate, candles (lit), and soothing music. I know that might sound a little dorky, but I do that, and if you think I"M a dork, well guess what? I AM A DORK! So there! Have a nice day!
Sometimes I feel that way because school and work are so time-consuming, and so challenging, and we often don't see how far we've progressed because we're so focused on everything we have to do. Sometimes it's hard to even notice the things we've accomplished because they seem much smaller in comparison to the obligations that need tending to... I am a very retrospective person so I look at all sides of what I've done in my life, and even though I'm a pessimistic person, I still understand the importance of paying special attention to the things that I've done extremely well in. I know it's hard, feeling like you're stuck in some kind of vortex where all you do is work and work and work, so make yourself feel good about it! Take a break from schoolwork and buy yourself something nice, do something mindless that won't remind you about the monotonousness of life: eat some ice cream, read an interesting magazine, take up a hobby, go jogging. Things that will make you feel something OTHER than the bleak despair you're feeling right now. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated once you take a break, even if it's twenty minutes of laying down in your bed and listening to your favorite music. It's only like my second week into my semester and I already feel burnt out, so I can understand you on some level...

You sound like you're depressed and you should definatly see a doctor but don't let the doctor just give you anti-depressants. They arent a good long term option. Ask for a refferal to a counciller and in the mean time ask those close to you what you're good at.
Find something you love and get great at it.
I love to paint but when I was depressed I didnt think I was any good which made me feel worse but when a friend suggested selling a peice I did and it boosted my confidence just knowing that one person thought I had talent.

Why do I feel im hopless, I go to college, I work but still I feel that iam crazy there is no tomorrow. I just have to sit and do noting
