Why do I been getting headaches?!

I been getting headaches through the whole month of feb.

Nothing have been making me stressed or anything

I been getting lots of rest!!!

What is wrong with me!!!?!

There could be several things wrong, it could be a sinus problem which in most cases just need some alergy medicine, but my dad until a couple years ago when he tried this new thing had a headache his whole life, and my neighbor back home has the same problem. However it could be just something simple, did you get new flooring or carpet in your house, or at school? that is the big thing that will give me a headache. Did you recently get a new pet, or try a new soap/shampoo? There are several things that could make you be getting headaches that is a simple fix, just look around and see what is new around the the time you started getting these headaches.

You may be dehydrated. Do you drink much water? Check your diet first. Make sure you're doing everything right. Just like a car, you have to make sure all the maintenance stuff is taken care of before you start looking for other causes of problems.

You should have a control for your eyes or make sure that you have a good diet.

I had that problem once and it was a reaction to the aspartame in diet soda (I was drinking a lot of them). They gave me migraine-like headaches.
