Why don't guys ever want to be friends?

I have a lot of male friends cause I go to a pretty much all guys college and recently I became engaged and they have started to ignore me and don't want anything to do with me now what did I do wrong?

Because the majority of guys (especially in college) simply look at a female friends as 'someone you might get to have sex with' ...now that you're engaged, that opportunity has passed. There are exceptions, of course...

you didn't do anything wrong, those guys were jerks, as the captain (above) says, those guys only wanted sex, so thats why they were nice. I have lots of friends that are girls, and if I do not thing of them as just someone that I want to have sex with we can be friends, but when it comes to the point of me wanting to jump them, then that changes everything, so I try not to let it go that far...

sweetheart, consider urself lucky. all my guyfriends want to be are friends. I get shot down so many times that it must be nice to have them all over you. but if it never changes, just have fun with it.

Guys like that type of friendship with a gir that include some sex too. Sex does not mean love all the time, it may included also in the frienship. But several ugly girls may tell you that they have many male friends without any sex, but they would not mind if they were asked for sex too.
