Why do guys hate curly hair?

I'm serious, why are they so in love with straight hair? The guys I know only pay attention to the straight-haired girls. What is so great about it! Personally I like my curls; I've always thought they were pretty and feminine. But I googled it and all...

seriously? all the guys who like me love my curly hair. but I do change my hair to straight sometimes but if I straighten it to many times a week she takes the curling irion/ straighteneing irion and curls my hair. she says that straight hair looks like you just got out of bed and brushed your hair. ugh its SOO annoying

I know what you mean. I know every guy is different but it seems most of the guys I know like straight hair better too. However, theres one thing that I've noticed. Consider this, whenever I straighten my hair I always feel that I'm more confident. For this reason I get a lot more attention. When I wear my hair curly, I'm a little less confident. The reason this is because I guess I see so many girls around me wearing their hair straight. I barely see curly, and it kinda makes me feel like a minority in today's society. However if you ever looked at the 80s hair styles almost everyone had that curly permed frizzy look and everyone loved it (including the guys). Therefore I think society has a lot to do with peoples likes and dislikes...I wish people would think for themselves though.
