Why did my thumb do this?

I was sitting on the floor, with my right hand relaxed, and my thumb just started twitching, like I was wiggling it. Why'd it do that?

It happens to everyone, sometimes my eye twitches, my toes, my fingers, it feels weird but its completely normal.
