Why did my mom call me that?

Why on earth would my mom call be Slut for kissing my boyfriend. It wasn't even like a long romatic kiss it was a quick touch the lips and that was all. Am I slut for kissing?

absolutely not! the deffinition of a slut is if you dress like a tramp/hooker! that was compleatly rude of your mom to say that! and if I were you I'd confront her about it! I'm real srry she called you that! perhaps her seeing you get kissed by a guy was new to her... or maybe she dosen't like the guy?... but whatever the reason... calling you a slut is out of the line!

Of course not! Maybe your mom is trying to get you not to kiss in general by making you think it's bad or something. Is she divorced, in a bad relationship, or bitterly single? Maybe she's secretly jealous of you, not sure...

No shes married and I don't think it's a bad realationship between her and my dad... Maybe she is I donno

Hell no! Was she messing around , or did she mean it? If she did mean it, I'd tell her to mind her own business! :-D

In some situations, mothers will treat their children poorly if they feel like their children are going to follow their footsteps. Maybe your mother is just trying to protect you from having sex- so she's going to 'nip it in the bud' now. I'm sure your mother doesn't really mean it, though it was a piss-poor thing to say. But, I can only imagine that your mother is trying to protect you from getting hurt, though it was only a kiss, but she's been your age before, and she can see the following actions- comparing her experiences to yours. I'm sorry she called you that, but I can assure you, it was awful of her to say that, but can almost gaurantee, she didnt mean it.

ok that happened to me also..it usually is the shock of it all.. try to explain to your mom it not a big deal hopefully shell get over it
