Why cant we get along

me and my parents hate each other. I am running away as soon as possible. But they seriously hate me and I hate them. I want to like them again but its really hard. Any advice on how to do it?

Most Teen's disagree with a lot of what parents say. Put yourself in there shoes, imagine if you had a kid exactly like yourself. Would you have reacted differently?

If they really are bad just call social services, you dont have to love them because they share your DNA.

im sorry to hear that...yeah a lot of teens hate their parents...but sometimes other cases are more severe
if your parents are as*sholes...spend time with friends or alone by yourself outside your house where they can't bother you
running away is something I've almost done numerous times
but as lovely as it sounds, its not going to work out right
if people catch you, your parents will hate you even more
you can die and all that fun stuff
you just have to avoid your parents and do your own thing as much as possible until your 18
maybe theres someone who can adopt you or be your guardian?

dude im the same way. jsut with my dad tho because my parents are divorced. I lubb my mom but I try 2 rebel against anything my dad says because hes sooo strict beyond belief. I cant hang out with any of my friends because their all guys. Im prob going 2 hafta talk 2 him soon bout it.
and dont runaway. its not very smart. my old friend did that and it jsut ended up costing her more. make a new relationship by beiong mroe responsible. liek doing things that are positive yet out of the ordinary 4 you 2 do. then they will trust u, maybe give more privelages

I hated my parents too. and I did run away. im not telling you to not do it because it changed a lot of things in my house. but if you are make sure you have somewhere to stay, I walked almost 5 miles to where I had to go. and I got stalked by some creepy old man that kept trying to get me in his car. lol. so just be safe if you do. but once my mom found me we just talked about everything. it turned out im my favor. and if it doesnt just run away agian. lol

damm I shouldnt be giving out advice to people to tell them to leave home. lol. srry.

I am still living with them and thanks everyone for the advice. things are going downhill fast. I am running away and no you guys didnt talk me into it but I have to walk 60 miles to get to town and that is going to be a really bad town. Do you know if I can leave at 16 and not come back or anything like that??? But I do rebel against everything they say and stuff like that. My mom got me a counselor but I hate them. they dont know what s going on with me or anything like that. but anyway thanks again and yes my parents are still as$holes but its going to get better pretty soon...
