Hi Hun,
You're probably a little stressed out. It's easy to get that way. But here are a few things you can try that worked for me: snack on popcorn, before you try to eat a meal eat a popcicle or a little bit of vanilla icecream or frozen yougart, take a tums or pepsid before you try to eat even if you don't have heartburn. These things help calm your stomach and prepare it to except other food. I had to learn to do that when I was pregnant, I couldn't eat then and sometimes can't now without my popcicles frirst. Why can't I eat?
For the past 2 months my body has been acting funny. I'll get hungry like a normal person, but as soon as I take a bite of food, I loose my appetite.It gets to the point that the food actually grosses me out. I'm eating healthy, my menstruation is...
normal, I'm of healthy weight (but losing it too fast) I'm probably the healthiest I've ever been. I've even gone so far as to smoke marijuana to try to get the munches but the same thing happens. Dont get me wrong, I love the weight that Im losing, but I miss food!!! I just made an omelet with tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms and ham and I CANT EAT IT so if you have annny advice, please send it my way asap. trying to save a trip to the Doc. Thanks!
