Since you just joined the site there's a limit to how many people you can message in a day (I believe)

Yeah but it would say that you cannot send more than five messages in one day, and this is the first one I've tried to send today!

Why can't I send funmail to certain users?
When I try to funmail people half the time it'll pop up the little yellow boxed message saying "You can't funmail user blanketdyblank" So why won't it let me?
