Stress, inadequate diet, and extreme weight loss can all affect your period.

Of course, those aren't the only things that can affect it.

if you have gained weight latley..a good amount..will throw off your hormones and it will cause you to have a late period that month or you may not even have one at all. its all depends. fun mail me if you need something else. happy

As crazy as this sounds,it is absolutely true! Spending a lot of time around another woman can change both of your cycles! Mammals(which we are by the way) will begin to cycle together when they spend a lot of time together such as living together. Woe to the man in a house full of females at that time of the month! I know coming from multi female living arrangements at different points in my life. I also worked at a group home where all the women cycled together,WOW! Anyway hope this helps. Sooo many things can affect your period sweetie!

true to the above. womes cycles can shange with women around them. it's common that women who work closely together menstarts together (what an office lol!)

but normallt'

excessive weight loss.
excessive exercise
poor nutrition.
hormonal imbalance.
medication / drugs.
significant lifestyle change,.

many reasins. but anything, I would say see a doc. no one on here, even if they have a phd in medicine, should be diagnising a probelm with out seeing your medical histort and an indepth look into your current health...

has ANYTHING changed withint the last month or two? think about that before you answer! happy
