Why can i still feel it happening?

I've been raped 5 times when I was 3,5, and 8. This still haunts my dreams and I feel like it's happening again,like I'm getting raped again. Is this normal? Will it ever stop?

It's very natural for you to relive the experience over and over. It's your mind's way of dealing with trauma. Unfortunately, it often causes more probems than it solves. If you are already in therapy, good for you! If not, please consider it.

Just know that you didn't deserve to be hurt like that and the fear you have now is normal. With the right help, it will lessen in time and you will learn to get control of you life again.

If you know who raped you, then tell the police. They can take care of you. No one deserves respect if they won't give younglings a chance at life.

well over time it shud or maybe it want because I was molested for 7 years and I go through what yu are and im 14 now and im still scared of men its like wenever I see a random guy approach me I feel like he's going to touch me or somethin and I don't know I think its a long healing process because waht we went thru isnt easy. but if yu have frends yu can trust its a lot easier to talk about it. it gets sum weight off yur chest.

1 Is there a man who is trying to seduce you, what do you mean?

2 Do you think psychologically some one is going to rape again?

If you meant the first , Then report him straight away and do not be a victim anymore !You are a young women now, so take the action neccessary to deal with the sicko!

If its the second one, then speak with your therapist about how you are feeling, just open up and let your emotions go, believe me you will feel better when you deal with the pain and suffering you endured at the hands of the pedophile.
