How to help people asking about anorexia?

I've seen loads of girls and boys asking about weight=anorexic and bulicmic! I want to help them but I cant becouse it wont let me answear.I've been there and I would like to help them.

that's what annoys me to.
all the thread are locked, so you can't answer them!
I guess you could funmail or comment them.
