Why aren't funds added to my account?

I Like to think a lot =)....about nothing lol Asked by sueles_volver about 1 month ago, 1 answer.

Ok well I ebay I entered a gift card so I could buy some things but paypal hasn't added the amount in yet and said it would only take 24hrs and it's been 26!I've even verified it so what gives?
