Why are titles changed?

A little while ago I asked a question that went like this Evolution, real or not? After a few days it was changed to Is evolution real? I was just wondering why this happened?

To make things more clear to end users. In this case, it might not have been entirely necessary in this case, however. 99.9% of the time we modify a title for a question because it's something like help. happy
