It's a bit of a long story..we had a bug in the system from one of the previous versions of the software that left many questions posted, but not live. So when we switched to the latest version (sept, 2006) we discovered a lot of these, and to make sure they didn't interfere with the active list, pre-dated them to further back, so they'd be further down than most of our more current content in those categories.

Why are there so many 2-year-old questions floating around?
When you click on recent questions, how come so many are from 2005 and haven't even been answered? Also, there is a HUGE amount of questions that are from March 17, 2005, what is the significance of that day, other than it was St. Patrick's day. I like...
to answer recent questions because if a question was asked over 2 years ago, that person's problem either has been solved, or something bad happened because no one took the time to answer them. Plus, they probably aren't even on the site anymore. Anyone else notice this?
