Why are the avatars so tiny now?

When I stopped coming here because of my wreck, I am pretty sure the avatars were so much bigger. Now they are TINY. Did someone change that? I don't like it! Not that it matters...lol.

I would have expected an old timer to answer yes if they have, but nobody answered so assuming they havn't changed let's look at what may have changed.

Is your computer resolution the same?
New monitor?
Different or updated browser? (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc)

They can all impact on size. Of course this is assuming they have always been this size lol! If that is the case I think the most likely answer is the web browser has changed.
