Why are American Whites hate to Blacks?

It's a social issue steeped in a very rocky and tumultuous history. We've made a lot of progress in this country and world-wide. I'm Caucasian and I do not breed hate or racism. We live in a diverse world and that's what's best about it. I wish racism and hate could be obliterated but it won't--I just don't condone either. Love is better than hate. :-) -S

NOT everyone hates and therefore All Americans do not hate blacks. You shouldn't generalise or stereotype. But unfortunately there is racism in the world, and maybe oneday we can have a world where everyone treats everyone else as an equal.

Not all white people do, and that's like a racist question. Personally, I don't hate blacks.

I dont hate blacks and im white...come to think of it I've never met any white person who has except this really old a*shole of a reverend in my home town... no one agrees with him... I think the only ones that dont like blacks and othr races now in days are the KKK and we all know there uneducated a*sholes...

The whole concept of races is an ugly lie of evolution.

Even the evolutionists now claim there was a mitochondrial Eve who was the first person that all others evolved from. If we are all related, how can skin color make one person of more or less value? If we all came from one woman, what are the races?

They used to teach in schools that whites evolved from one area, the handicapped kids were of a monogloid race, and that blacks evolved from the mud!!! Seriously... it's in turn of the century textbooks from 1900!!!

Such ignorance!!! There ARE NO RACES!!! Just people of different skin color. Which is less than .1% difference in DNA, too!

We'd all be better off if we stopped referring to races as such an idea is bigotry and born from an ugly old outdated evolutionary lie.

It's all in the genes. White people are born hating Blacks, it's part of Whites' DNA. The ones who say they don't hate Blacks are lying because they know they have to try extra extra hard to overcome their natural tendency to hate Blacks. A few (and I mean a very very few) Whites are successful at overcoming their hate-tendencies, but most aren't. It's hip, trendy, and safer nowadays for Whites to claim they don't hate Blacks. Afterall, most Whites in America realize that within a few years, their race is going to be outnumbered by minorities so they have to play nice towards Blacks before Blacks Hispanics get together cause a revolution in America.

Do you have any real facts to back you your claim, or did you dream this up while munching down a bowl of tasty paint chips? And why is it that when the word racist comes up, it only applies to white people? I suppose all other races are holding out their hands in loving friendship, trying to love the evil white devil lol. I'm white and most whites I encounter are racist. Why? I have no clue. In my opinion things will be SO much better once the white race is gone (which is inevitable fortunately).

I can't really say I hate them, but I would prefer not to have them live amongst me. Let alone share a country with them. Whether you like to admit it or not, by nature we're competing with them for survival or our race. Blacks are going to fight for blacks if and when it comes down to a matter of survival of one's people. And the same holds true for every other race on this planet...

What a strange question to ask. I am a white American and I do not hate blacks. I also do know there are people who do hate just because of color. It is called ignorance. When you do not understand something or someone, you judge it by a category. It is simply out of ego, fear, and pure jealousy that hate comes from. Some people just have to seem as though they are better then someone else. Hate lives in all races and creeds. Questions like this only feed into it all.

I think its interesting to hear blacks say that white people are the only people who can be rasist. Blacks then go on to say that they have never inslaved people like the white people did. Now comes the double standard. Blacks say that the vast majority of stuff from Egypt was created by blacks because Eqyptians are black. OK, so if that's true don't I read in the Bible where the Egyptians held the Jews as slaves for many years? Oh Yea only white people can be rasist!

whites aren't the only racist ones.. black are also racist... they get so mad because wow whites enslaved them but blacks WEREN'T the ONLY race that was enslaved.. whites were slaves also. that is how many of us got to this country was by getting other people to help bring us over here and then we would have to pay them back by doing the same thing as the blacks... also a lot of people say that black slaves were treated so badly but really there were A LOT of them that were treated as if they were part of the family just like some maids are... the ones that were treated bad were the ones that lived on the big plantations (which there weren't all that many of) and even some of them weren't all that bad... racist can be between ANY race not just whites.. that is nothing more then major BULL$H!T

Are we not all people, If we could not see, if we were blind, we would not have this issue, becouse we are what we are, human. There will always be sterotyping and racisum no matter what becouse not all people look or act the same way, in fact honestly we are all racists, black white purple or green. Becouse you won't go out with the ugly girl and She will never befriend the nerd. The only way that this will ever work out or make the world somewhat peaceful if we were just to accept what we hear. The worst racisum is unjust sort the in human stupid kind, the kind of racisum that turns people into zombies of murder and hate, racisum amoung gereralites like the jewish and african american groups are injust becouse you are judgin millions of people who are all different, like for example some one tells you they hate black people the only way that they could possibly justify their opinion is by knowing and disliking every african american personally, that seems unlikely. There is no way you hate all black people, you don't know all of them! But When we discriminate individuals it might not be as severe but it's not good either, Becouse one white guy could hate evey black person on the planet but who really asked there opinion anyway, but when the whole world hates one black guy, it hurts...

Not every white person is racist like some people of different races think. Some of us just hate ignorant people (which usually has nothing to do with the colour of a person's skin) But there are some who were just brought up in a racist upbringing, so therefore all they know is how to hate black people. If you think that all white people hate black people, than you are highly stereotypical. Besides, you don't have to be white to be racist.

I am mixed Indian(NOT Cherokee) and African American. I personally agree with fitzgerald36 on this one. Especialy amongst the youth, they are unruly, disrespectful and they are annoying. Now, I must say, that I have not really grown up around black people, but this is what I do see when I encounter them.
