Are you under a lot of stress? Maybe that is the cause. Also, we all go through stages of needing extra sleep now and then. If it goes on for a few weeks go see your doctor and get a physical.

Why am i so exhausted?
The other night I slept for around 13 hours. IU was up for eight hours then was exhausted and laid down only thinking I was going to be down for liek two hours I woke up 14 hours later. What could possibly cause this?
