Why am i sick on first day of my period?

well that's you.some sleep more during there period,some feel tired,some active.I tink that's you but if you are not comfortable with it then see the doctor

It's just really enhanced period symptoms, so I really can't answer the why. I'd say talk to your doctor about what to do about it. It sounds like you want help and want it to be better, so you need to talk to someone who you trust.
