Why am i not losing weight?

I exercise every day for about 40 minutes, I only eat about 1500 calories, but I'm still 115 lbs? I used to be 108 but went up to 115 over the summer. I don't know why? I didn't over eat or anything like that. Is it normal to be this weight? I'm almost 5...

foot 2 but it seems like a lot for me.

well... the weight caind of seems right but if you want to loose more, it would do you good to drink a lot of water while you are not eathing and also not drinking water while you eat, but only till you are done eathing, that way it wont put extra to the food that you swollow. Also sometimes what helps is that you drink a glass of water every day before eathing, that way you can not each as much. Good Luck!happy

Uhm its not, and maybe it's because you care a lot about how many cal's you consume. Lighten up chicka, because you don't weigh more than 2 cents!

muscle wieghs more that fat so you might be getting thinner but the scale still stays the same...and somtimes it might even go up!
