Why a watchlist??

Why do I suddenly have a watch list?? It's never been there before...
What does it do?

It is a fairly new function.

If you notice at the bottom of each question you have this:
Send this to a friend | Add to watchlist | Report abuse

If you click Add to watchlist, it will save the question in your watchlist so you can find and easily access it at any time.

Personally I think it's a great feature, it's useful if you want to see if anyone else knows the answer to a question or if you see a question you don't know the answer to and want to know the answer.
