How much has funadvice has helped them in their lives..?
Just wanted to know the value...!

You know the expression...you get what you pay for?

I've had about a dozen or two people directly send us compliments, thank yous, etc over the years saying how much they appreciate our site. However, it's like a lot of other things in life: you get out of it what you put into it.

I've been here since Nov '06 so I've gotten a lot of great information, learned varying opinions, seen some wild and funny ans/ques - overall a positive.

I' v been for the past few months. I've got a useful info from many people.

its valuable advice.

it has helped me a lot.

its upto you how you accept the site.for me its an useful one.

it has giving me a place to blog
but in a more structured way

I've learned a lot since I joined a couple of months ago. I've learned a lot more about peoples opinions and learned to accept them even if I don't agree which is quite hard for me because I have strong view points.

I've learned here are geninely nice people who like to help and aren't in this for the money which is really refreshing

Same thing, really...consider this: there is a monetary value to the questions answers people post on our site, otherwise, we wouldn't be able to run it.

And the old saying time is money right? So, if you're spending your time here, then you're paying for it, indirectly.

it has help with somethings, and has made me see when I'm being stupid. I talk to my friends about most of this stuff but sometimes it's just easier to get advice from people you don't know!

I too have got a lot of proper answers from here and many helped me to a great extend...
what thedude says is also true but in his own point of view and what breezy has to say is true the same way...

I've been here for 2 years. It was off and on in the beginning but as time has gone by, I stop by more often. So for the time that I've been here, answering questions and at times, asking some of my own questions... I've seen a lot of good.
