Definitely SHAKIRA! Not that I like chix but she's a FABULOUS dancer and no one can shake there hips like she does!! And she's Latina so that makes her so uniquely beautiful! I think beyonces beautiful but when it comes tew hottness I'd say shakira because I thinks she's more of the like seductive looking one but that's just mi opinion! =D
