Who is funadvice?

I see a bunch of answers from funadvice is this just a way of answering anonymously or is it an advisor?

'fau' is another robot. When someone asks a question anonymously, that question is assigned to the robot 'fau'.(Fun Advice User)

'funadvice' is the name given on questions asked by people that are officially off the site. I believe that also includes those that went through the procedure of opting out. (Most just disappear, sometimes for months, sometimes for ever.)

When a user gets abusive and swears and stuff.. his account gets cancelled and what his advice was just gets changed from his name to funadvice.. it has that photograph of the little robot as its photo

what bimjob said. Fau is advice from people who have elected to make their questions and answers anonymous and funadvice is from people who no longer have accounts on the site (either they chose to delete their accounts or their accounts were deleted)
