I like people that:
- follow the rules
- don't ask if they are pretty/ugly
- don't ask the same questions over and over again
- are polite and understanding
- don't get mad about stupid things

I also adore the advisors.

Add to that list:
- spell correctly
- don't use leet speak (L33t sp34k)
- use the CAPS lock key only occasionally
- don't go on and on and on for or against their point of view (religion or politics - who am I kidding, I mean religion)
