the question is 'can you guess this riddle?' and it says that 97% of college students couldn't figure it out and 83% of kindergarten students could. because most kids would just say no, I cant figure it out. but college kids would think about it and try to come up with a logical answer. so the answer to the riddle is 'no'.

Well all I can say is that if no is the answer it is a very poor riddle with a very poor answer!
It seems more likely to me that no-one has come up with the right answer here OR there is no right answer - someone posted this just to get people wasting their lives on it!

The answer is the Weather/environment

I will make you cry(dark gloomy days can often be depressing and make you cry.

I make guys have to pee ( well I hae to go when I get really cold due to the fact that as the temperature lowers the amount of urine per minute gathered increases by 25 to 50 percent)

and girls comb their hair (the heat causes split ends in the hair and makes it go up and be sticky etc theirfore you must brush it back down)

I make celebrities look stupid ( rain and wind)

and normal people look like celebrities ( ie the rain and wind again ie maralyn monroe with the wind blowing up her skirt when doing photo shoots you generally use the weather and different lighting to get the correct picture results)
