Arii_babee_03 your advice is a tad off the mark...Brushing your pearly whites too much actually pushes the gums back and expose your tooth enamels which isn't a good idea.

Agreed with cambei...You could also try purchasing Colgate gel mouth guard, they stock these in the supermarket...you apply the whitening gel into these mouth pieces, place them into your mouth and whilst your sleeping they slowly bleach your teeth...Would need to do this regularly and constantly to see results thou.

By the way just wondering, how much did you pay to get your pearly whiten by the dentist.? It's $600 over here and the procedure isn't covered by private health.

Don't drink coffee. Try those Crest White Strips or White Trays. I've seen commercials but I don't know the details. I figure a White Tray would be more durable but a White Strip would fit better.

Discoloration typically comes from sugar, especially sugar that stays on overnight. So brush your teeth right away after consuming anything sweet. Other things like coffee, tea and smoking can discolor teeth too.

There are a lot of online remedies that may or may not work. I have no idea. Rinsing with peroxide, brushing with baking soda, strawberries followed by brushing your teeth normally and a couple harsh things I won't mention.

Consumer Reports says that among the brands they tested the only whitening toothpaste that actually whitened teeth was Ultrabrite All In One Advanced Whitening.
