White spot syndrome

I have just finished treating my fish tank for white spot disease and yet some of my fish still have white spots on their fins, especially the mollies and guppies. Does anyone know what to do now? Im hoping that it takes a few days to react. I put in the second lot of treatment yesterday and now im really worried! Help!!!

when they have white spots it means there not well but leave it a couple days like anyother treatmeant should be and hopefully it should be back to normal best of luck
