White lumps

hi I got some like white lumps around and I cant get rid of them I had them for 4 years now and I wanna get rid of them they are not like pimples just dot thingies

use face packs.I would recommend you 2 go 2 an indain store close by and buy the neem face mask.it realy works.my bff used it and she doesnt have'em anymore.

they are probably just natural skin pigment moles(colorless moles)
I wouldn't mess with them because they could get bigger.
