Which kills your hair more..straightening it or scrunching it?

which kills your hair more..straightening it or scrunching it? my hair is like so dead so I switched to scrunching it but I want to make sure that scrunching it is healthier?

I think the best thing to do is to get your hair permanently straightened that way you don't have continous damage to it.

straighning kills your hair more because of the constant heat on your hair, I have ghd's (hair straighners) and when I straighten my hai ri use heat protecter spray wich I spray all over my hair and it redcues frizz and adds more shine 2it!

u can use ceramic hair straightners they dont damage your hair they rnt that expensive anymore either

Straightening definitly damages your hair more, but if you get a good heat protector, it doesnt look so bad... I use sleek.look matrix... it works great, and its like only 15.00 at salons, and it lasts a long time. But if your still a little scared about it, just keep scrunching it. and blow dry it as little as possible
