Wheres this relationship going?

theres this guy I hang out with and we get on really well and I know were really good mates but you see I made out with him one weekend and then the weekend after that and the wekend after that again and he has said to my girlfriends that he does like me but he always flirts with other girls right in front of me but then always comes back to me at the end of the night I want to start going out with him but I dont know? it seems like when the other guys are around hes all over me then the next minute hes not? I really really like this guy and I do think he likes me too because hes said it to me and others but I just want to know where I stand and whats going on inside his head?

going inside a guys head, and knowing what he is thinking is probably the most confusing and hard thing to do, specially when its about girls. Im 20yo, and for experience I can tell you that there are guys that just want to show off infront of their friends and flit with every single girl they see, and theres guys that just want to be with their girlfriend. Now I dont know how old you are, so I cant really say what he might be thinking. But I can definitely tell you one thing, if it bothers you when he flirts with other girls, let him know; try to get everything straight since the beginning, instead of jumping into a relationship you are then going to regret.
if I was you, I would have a talk with him, and see if he really wants a relastionship, or if he just wants to prove his friends that he is a "player".
