It just has to be a good moment, not so much where you are. A moment when you're alone and both really comfortable, it'll happen naturally.

hm.. well... where at as in a location? or where on his face? For location... I do not think it would dramatically effect his thought of you despite when or where, but I would definitely agree with rain. Despite location.. it is always best to pick the perfect moment.. maybe when you two are staring at each other deeply? Just go for it... most men will not turn a kiss down..

As for where on the face? depends on you and him.. are you the kind to just go for it? or are you or him very proper and reserved? if you just want an innocent kiss, go for the cheek... if you just came from a date or something and feel like there was a real bond, go for the lips.

I had mine in the local park..
I really enjoyed that!
and my friend and her boyfriend were there too.
and it was like a kissing fest!
but I say the park!
