Spencers Gifts has very basic vibrators. Mail order companies like 'Adam and Eve' have them. And don't forget the wonders of the hand held shower spray, or the tub faucet method.

Drug stores (CVS, Walgreen's, etc.) carry them. They're called 'personal massagers' and they always have a picture of a woman using it on her shoulder... yeah right... the shoulder... sure...
